The SafetyTech Emission Warning Light monitors exhaust emissions using an exhaust mounted
oxygen sensor. If the engine is running a rich air to fuel ratio, which can cause high levels of carbon monoxide, the red LED will illuminate for 90 seconds. If the rich running condition continues, the EMS will automatically shut the engine down.
